| Content Delivery by Celebrant:
| Photographs, graphics and original text are to be
supplied at the time of payment. Celebrants Online prefers page content to
be supplied electronically -
email or disk. Preferred format for text is MS Word or email text.
Preferred formats for graphics are GIF or JPEG. |
| Photographs or graphics may be provided to Celebrants
Online in hard copy if needs be. These will be scanned and the originals
returned, via Australia Post, within two weeks.

| Ownership of Content / Copyright:
| Celebrants retain ownership of all content supplied to
Celebrants Online for inclusion on their page |
| If required, celebrants should be able to demonstrate
they own copyright or have copyright clearance for all content provided for
their page / Photo Gallery |
| Celebrants Online retains copyright on all non-celebrant
content on this site

| Responsibility for Content:
| Celebrants Online retains the right to refuse content or
hyperlinks if said content does not comply with Australian Law. |
| Content on individual celebrant pages is supplied by the
named celebrant. Said celebrant is responsible for the accuracy and validity
of that content. Celebrants Online takes no responsibility for the accuracy
or validity of content on individual celebrant pages.

of full payment. Packages will be completed within 14 working days of
receipt of payment & relevant content.

| Cancellation Policy:
| Requests for cancellation are to be tendered in writing
to Celebrants Online |
| Upon receipt of cancellation request, Celebrants Online
will remove the content from the web site. Content will not be returned to
celebrants |
| Refunds for customer cancellation OR for
Celebrants Online cessation of business:
| Initial setup (1st year of subscription):
| 25% if package has been published for 30 days or less |
| 0% if package has been published for more than 30
days |

| Renewal periods (additional years of subscription):
| 50% if package has been published for 30 days or less
in to the new subscription period |
| 25% if package has been published for 31 to 90 days
in to the new subscription period |
| 0% if package has been published for more than 90
days in to the new subscription period

| Guarantee of Site Up-Time:
| NSWCelebrants Online is hosted by a 3rd-party service
provider whose up-time commitment is 99%. NSWCelebrants Online up-time is
dependent on that of the 3rd-party service provider. |
