(Louise) Ethnee Brooks and I am a professional Registered Civil Marriage
Celebrant.

celebrate Naming Ceremonies, Marriage Vows Renewal, Commitment Ceremonies and
Funerals.
I am a wife
and mother, a triple-certificated nursing sister with a corporate sales
background and a part-time writer, actor and public speaker. With these
experiences and skills, along with my love of helping people, I am able to offer
empathy and caring when working with you to ensure your ceremony is truly
